- end of Halloween Season
- relative stage system changes:
* decreased percentage tresholds for <160 lv when monster has higher lvl
* decreased percentage tresholds for >=160 lv when monster has lower lvl
* 0.6x relative stage -> 0.5x
* 0.4x relative stage -> 0.3x
* 0.2x relative stage -> 0.15x
- adjustments to the rage model:
* non-linear and slower decay (especially below 80 rage)
* sustained rage: using furie at 97-99 rage grants at least 2 seconds of 100 rage without decay
* furie shares exhaust with offensive spells instead of healing spells
- defense system rework:
* character gains defense points from level
* reduced defense points in all equipment items above 100 level
- monsters balance:
* reduced amount of prairie dinos on south-east respawn
* prairie dino +15% meele damage
* death machine +10% experience
* prairie pterodactil -10% tornado damage
* saiyan warrior -15% experience
* mud golem -5% experience
* dark mud golem -5% experience, increased spell interval
* saiyan elite -15% experience, increased speed
* hell champion -10% experience, increased speed
* biomechanoid -10% experience
* green rusty robot -10% spells damage
* red rusty robot -7% spell damage
* crystalline golem -10% experience
* yeti +5% experience, increased speed
* heavenly warrior -10% experience
* perfect biomechanoid 225 -> 216 level, -10% experience
* perfect cyborg 224 -> 212 level
* oozaru -20% experience, +5% meele damage, reduced amount on respawn
* weakened ice beast +5% experience, increased speed
* armored oozaru -8% meele damage, reduced amount on respawn
* desert skeleton increased stun interval, decreased stun duration
- changed sprites for light blast, light ball, hellish ball, annihilator blast (by Elendil)
- auction house has been enabled

- [Passive] Invincibility now triggers for 10 seconds and has 50 second cooldown
- Dragon Fist -15% damage
Vegeta:
- [Passive] Saiyan Pride now triggers for 10 seconds and has 50 second cooldown
- Explosion takes 15% -> 8% max health on use
- Explosion +5% damage
- [Special] Unlimited Power 15% -> 10% ki damage increase
C17:
- Photon Dash -10% damage
- [Special] Domination 25% -> 33% slow
Piccolo:
- [Passive] Growing Hatred additional bonus: Piccolo also gains rage points in-fight faster than others
- Super Special Beam Cannon +8% damage
Trunks:
- [Passive] Slash has additional 3% instead of 1% trigger chance when target is stunned
- Super Final Flash 140 -> 180 level
- Finish Buster 180 -> 140 level
Freezer: no changes

- [Special] Heal Friends: adjusted heal formula, the heal is weakened by level difference between Dende and healed player
- [Special] Heal Friend "nick: works the same as heal friends but is 15% weaker, 5 sqm range, player has to be reachable
- Chasing Bullet: -15% damage
- Demon Containment Wave: +5% damage
Bebi:
- [Special] Infection physical damage debuff 15% -> 20%, slow 10% -> 15%
- Super Galick Gun +5% damage
Cooler:
- [Passive] Terror takes target's 10% -> 20% ki points on trigger
- Supernova -5% damage

- [Special] Vulnerability 10% -> 7% resistances debuff

- [Passive] Second Dimension now triggers for 10 seconds and has 50 second cooldown, 15% -> 10% miss chance, 40% -> 30% dodge chance

- [Special] Ki Sword - fixed decay, 30 uses before 320lv, 60 uses 320-400, 100 uses 400+
- Hell Gate -5% damage
Cell:
- [Special] Cell Juniors - max 1 summon at 200 lvl, max 2 summons at 320 lvl; adjusted formulas, spells and stats; cooldown 60s -> 120s
- Explosion takes 15% -> 8% max health on use
- Explosion +5% damage
- Ultimate Kamehameha -5% damage
